Smoothbore, two-stage. 18 mm cal. barrel, octagonal base provided with a brand with a rampant lion between brass-inlaid lilies, with rings at the girdle. The barrel decorated with two large silver-plated metal mounts, richly embossed with faces of winged angels and floral motifs, the first mount also with broad rear sight, the second with foresight; engraved tang; beautiful lock richly carved and engraved with faces, snake and floral motifs, the tang with female face in high-relief, sliding pan cover, carved with floral motifs, inside the lock-plate the mark "C. Z." and the year of production "1775"; briarwood full stock (minor restorations and signs of time) sculpted with human figures, putti and floral motifs in bas-relief; iron mounts carved and engraved with busts, masks and floral motifs; iron-tipped wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractors
