Original illustration made by Giandelli in 2022. Since the beginning of her production she has moved following a precise direction that led her to approach the group of authors who between the 80s and 90s formed the so-called "New Italian Comics" where we can mention Giandelli, Davide Toffolo, Francesca Ghermandi and Stefano Ricci. Her style has been perfectly recognizable since her debut, a precise clear line that outlines the compositions that stand out perfectly, but with a subtlety of articulated stroke that makes even the apparently most elementary ones evocative. A sign rich in nuances in its linearity enriched by a wisdom in the use of color, the choice of tones and contrasts, never obvious. A precise vision that makes her a personality of depth with impeccable professionalism. In many drawings the relationship with another writer, Dino Buzzati, is highlighted, we refer to a drawn writing at times metaphysical and dreamlike that lets the mystery and the most secret feelings that are hidden behind the apparently most usual situations filter through.
