Graduated in painting at the Academy of Urbino, Caimmi alternates his activity as an illustrator with his artistic one, exhibiting drawings, illustrations, ceramic works; he has obtained important awards, such as the Andrea Pazienza prize and the selection at the Bologna Illustrator Exhibition of Children's Books, in 1998 and 1999. In his pages Caimmi evokes nocturnal landscapes like old memories. Signed, titled and dated on the back.
