Color screenprint from the portfolio "Brr...Brrr...! The British Winter's Grenadiers", limited to 100 copies numbered in Arabic numeral (our copy no. 60/100) published by the publisher L'Elefante di Venezia in 1967. During the printing of this portfolio the publishing house suffered flooding due to high water, due to this very few silk-screen prints survived. With this work Pratt experiments for the first time with his famous decompositions, in this case the Canadian Redcoats are the subject of his research which starts from exploring some widely recognizable details to arrive at minimalist and totally abstract graphics inspired by Mondrian and Lichtenstein. Traces of humidity on the front and back. Signed in pencil by Pratt and numbered.
