Gilt-bronze hilt with heart-shaped sword-shell, center of crossguard with anchor, guard and quillons decorated with floral motifs and pommel shaped as a plumed helmet. Wooden hilt with metal wire binding. Wooden scabbard covered with rust-coloured velvet (completely lined) with engraved and gilt brass mounts.
