A beautiful, slightly-curved, single-and short false-edged blade (one spike), hollow tip at the back, with a broad fuller doubling towards the weak. Engraved with beautiful trophies and racemes at the forte on both sides. The tang with marking of 'W. CLAUBERG A SOLINGEN' and with a stamp of a knight's effigy. Fine bronze-coloured metal hilt marked 'GRAVIER' with five loop-guards. Long, smooth cap ending in a fine pommel shaped as a lion's head. Ebony grip with checkered sectors. Metal scabbard with nickel-plated finishing also marked "GRAVIER" and provided with two lugs.
