Polished and pierced, yellow gold plate, with the white cross featuring a medal with the coat of arms of Castile and Leon, the latter enriched with rose-cut diamonds at the border; a crown with rectangular bar featuring diamonds at the top. With silver tower and lion among the arms of the cross. With vertical pin between two hooks at the back. 58 gr. (18k.) Very high quality.
