Original illustration made by Dudreville during the 20s, a period in which in addition to his pictorial production he executed illustrations for newspapers and fashion catalogs in order to secure an economic base, his interpretations of Jules Verne's classics are celebrated. Among the initiators of the twentieth century artistic movement in 1922 in Milan, Dudreville was a leading exponent of the return to Italian order during the twenty years.
