Specialist Notes

This pageis part of the second episode of the saga of Anita's character to which Crepaxhas dedicated four stories where it represents the protagonist's neurosis forsome objects that are part of our daily life: the television, the telephone, the computer and the remote control. The essentiality of the narration and therepetitiveness of certain scenes, all strictly set in the girl's apartment, make the feeling of claustrophobia that surrounds the whole story very well. Inthis page, the shots, the graphic representation of the sounds and the detailof some objects and parts of Anita's body make one think more of a sequence ofphotographic shots than of a cinematic scene.
