IMPORTANT NOTICE
All watches up for auction are sold "as is".
Since they are in a used condition, they have not been tested over a long period of time and almost all the timepieces have been repaired in their lifetime, Finarte does not guarantee for their functionality or the authenticity of any individual component - such as the dial, hands, case, mechanical parts... -.
All watches shall be viewed personally to evaluate their condition prior to the auction. The "as is" condition also applies to the documents with which the watches are, or are not, accompanied by at the moment of the sale, such as warranties and extracts from the archives.
Watches may be shipped as watch-head and buckle removing the strap, to countries with import restrictions on leather straps of endangered species - such as the U.S.A. -.
Conditions of Sale
The Fine Watches Department handles the sale of wrist watches from the most sought-after brands, such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier and many others, with particular attention to vintage pieces from even the most niche Maison.
The Department organizes two auctions a year, one in spring and the other in autumn, in line with the trends and demands of the Italian and international market.
By carefully evaluating the watches according to their condition and the coevity of the components with respect to the period of production, the catalogs present a selection of targeted pieces, offering models to be enjoyed on the wrist every day as well as to buy for investment.
