A blue-lacquered iron Sangu (a matching set of a Haidate, a Suneate and a Kote) in navy colours. This type of Suneate and Kote is called ‘Tsutsu-suneate’ and ‘Tsutsu-gote’ because they consist of tubular iron plates connected by hinges. The Haidate is made of Iyozane (iron plates) and an Ieji (lining fabric) with a ‘Kikkou and Aoi’ motif, and the Suneate has strings with the same motif.
