The two elements worked en suite, shakudo and shibuici. The fuchi with a beautiful effigy in relief of a horseman whipping his horse, inciting it to ride into the waves of the stormy sea. The central sculpture group is in relief and browned with rich gilded elements, such as the horse's screw head and harness and the details of the horseman's robe, other elements such as the silver water drops contrasting with the dark patina of the stormy sea, also masterfully carved. Mei: Mitomo Tamagawa. The kashira of equal beauty with the effigy of two warriors in relief, with grotesque faces, one browned, one made of copper with silver and gold details, in the background a mountain. Blade opening: 2.5 cm. Kept in a kiri-box.
