Copper foresights at the nozzle. Tangs engraved with eagles. Percussion locks with plate signed ‘Boutet D.teur’, both well working. Wooden full stock with knurled grip and knurled fore-end with small metal studs. The backstraps with wavy watermark. Palmette decorations at the base of the handles. Octagonal butt plates manufactured in the Empire style and finely engraved with Medusa's face. Adjustment screws for the triggers. Horn ramrods with brass bases for cartridge extractor. Some light pitting, the locks with remains of antique finish. In a wooden case featuring green cloth lining, with accessories. On the lid a brass plaque with the initials ‘L.F.’ Elegant, of typical Boutet quality.
