Information
Double-edged, strongly tipped blade with typical parallel but asymmetrical fullers. Some pitting. Well-preserved brown horn grip scales. Silver mounts decorated with floral motifs in relief and with nielloed parts. Two cusped studs. Earlier wooden scabbard with leather cover (missing parts on the back side) and silver mounts. The tip only engraved with racemes and bent at the bottom. The cap en suite with the quillon, provided with a loop and smooth on the back side featuring an Arabic inscription characters and an effigy of a nielloed bird.
