length 101 cm.
Rifled, round, two-stage, 12 mm cal. barrels, wide, flat rib engraved at the base and browned to resemble damask (like the barrels), signed "Le Page a Paris" and gold inlaid, adjustable rear sight from one hundred to three hundred yards with three leaves, precision foresight, below marked with the mark of the Liège test bench, "140" and with three other marks; wide tang engraved in spirals. Forward spring locks signed "Le Page in Paris" and richly engraved with floral motifs, provided with safety lock. Wooden, half stock with palm support and checkered grip. Iron mounts decorated en suite. Iron ramrod with white metal tip. Kept in its wooden case, brass plate on the lid marked "FRANCOIS LEPAGE HERMALLE s/Huy ENGIS", the interior lined in blue cloth and provided with three tools; the key is missing.
