Marked on the right side with the motto "VIVE LE ROY DE SARDAIGNE" and on the left side with the Savoy eagle surmounted by a crown. Brass hilt with guard provided with an additional loop-guard and flat, enlarged quillon. Long, smooth cap. Grip with old, partially worn leather covering, also with brass coils. Old, slightly-short, leather scabbard.
