On the other side a similar decoration featuring two snakes in relief looking in opposite directions; the ends with gilded inlays. Pitting and signs of time. Iron hilt with floral carvings on the surface, depictions of animals and portraits of noblemen or ladies. Remains of earlier gilding. Leather-covered, wooden scabbard decorated with imprints. Missing chape, iron bands decorated en suite with the quillon.
