Octagonal, damask, micro-rifled barrels (clean bore, visible rifling), provided with foresight and hollow fore-end at the breech, with fixed rear sight. 15,6 mm cal. at the nozzle. Forward spring locks, signed "Roguet a St. Etienne". Both pistols with well working mechanism. Three-quarter briarwood stocks, provided with a grip with a beautiful carved decoration and with a carved acanthus leaf frame at the base. Smooth iron mounts. Interesting tips, which are screwed into the muzzle rings and must be mounted on the ramrods stored in the case. Triggers with adjustment screw. The wooden case with blue velvet lining. The lid lining with gold mark "ROGUET A St. ETIENNE". The inside consisting in two compartments, the removable one with the pistols and various accessories (three of them made of boxwood), the other consisting of compartments, hammer and ramrods with boxwood elements and compartment for greaseproof paper. Key with working lock.
