Octagonal, rifled barrel with foresight and fixed rear sight, 16.8 mm cal at the nozzle. On the breech remains of Russian imperial double eagle mark and two other stamps (not clearly legible). Flat lock with oblique edges, featuring the Tula's mark in Cyrillic, the date "1798" and remains of a mark. On the back two Cyrillic marks. Wooden full stock with patchbox on the butt-plate (the lid was replaced), with some cracks and restorations. Brass mounts. Butt plate and trigger guard with Cyrillic marks. Iron ramrod (pertinent). Rare.
