Sturdy Shinogi-zukuri blade, Iori-mune (nagasa: 71 cm.) partially visible hamon, not clearly visible hada. Some kizu. ubu-nakago with a Mekugi-ana. Mei: Bunkyu Ninen Hachi Gatsu Hi Toshi Kazu'. (August 1862). Copper habaki. Beautiful koshirae with tsuba maru-gata with decorations of bushi in pierced armour and with small gilt elements. Elegant seppa, gilded and decorated with carving on the border. Tsuka with fuchi and kashira of shakudo deeply carved with scrolls. Menuki in gilded metal featuring Mon. Tsuka-ito of old silk (signs of use and time), Same of ray skin, also old. Simple saya in black lacquer with Kojiri restoration.
