Straight blade of hexagonal section; finely engraved at the first part (remains of gilding) with floral motifs, crown and Savoy eagle; enriched with short fullers, one resembling a flower; featuring the motto "VIVE LE ROI" on both sides; tang. Gilt brass hilt, rain-guard with two valves decorated with typical oblique grooves, two arms of the hilt, parry quillon with enlarged end, guard and pommel decorated en suite with the rain-guard. Wooden grip covered with wire binding (missing Moor's heads). Without scabbard.
