Smoothbore, two-stage, octagonal and round, 15.5 mm cal. barrel at the nozzle, featuring at the breech two gold-inlaid marks, one with the inscription "MAGONA" surmounted by a crown and canopy, the other with "PISTOIA", double ring at the girdle. Tang with engraved frames. Lock with flat lock plate with rebated borders, working mechanism. Wooden full stock with some carved leaves. Brass mounts. Horn-tipped wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractors.
