Of round shape. A finely detailed portrait of a lady in ermine. The frame is made of silver, richly pierced and adorned with white stones, featuring a cobalt enamel ring exposed beneath the silver. At the top, a bow and a suspension ring. On the reverse side, the royal monogram "M" in gold, topped with a pierced crown, resting on a fabric base to which it was once glued. The entire piece was likely once placed under glass (now missing); the outline of the monogram is still faintly visible on the fabric.
