Novelli, one for each canto, a further 95 large copper engravings nt, also on half pages, depicting scenes from the opera and subjects, animated initials at the beginning of each canto and title within an elegant frieze, marginal browning and damp stains, contemporary full bazzana binding, five-ribbed spine with compartments decorated with gilded friezes and title on a red tag, red spray cuts, peeling and small losses on the spines.
