Specialist Notes

I work: In this work the author tries to clarify the properties of the divining rod, which as he repeats has nothing to do with dowsing: it deals with the theme, very popular at the time, of the possibility of revealing phenomena that cannot be perceived by man without instruments, such as exhalations and corpuscles emitted by bodies, which are captured by the rod, the movement of which must then be interpreted by man.
