Lyon, held by the Heirs of Iacopo Giunti, 1567, in folio. Hardback binding and parchment spine with title written in brown ink. Printer's mark and handwritten ownership note on the title page. Woodcut initials and friezes. Handwritten notes in brown ink in the margin. Stains and browning. The final bifolio of the last fascicle, containing the last letter of the Index, is missing.
