Wien, Amalthea, [1921]. In 2°. 266 x 222 mm. Single volume. 60 sheets of applied photolithographic color plates, copy no. 150/250 copies numbered and signed by the artist, edition dedicated to Countess Sofia Schonborn-Buchheim, editorial binding in full parchment with gold decorations on the covers and spine.

Splendid celebratory edition for the 800th anniversary of the Poet's death, edited by Carlo Toth, translated by Leo Negrelli and illustrated by the most famous Austrian artist. Von Bayros belonged to the decadent movement, his works often dealt with erotic and fantastic themes, with a decorative style that recalls Art Nouveau.
