How bidding works

Information

Paris, Alberto Tallone, November 25, 1939. In 2°. 3 vols. Copy no. 124/520. Untouched, perfect copy, with some slight external damp stains on one of the volumes. Enclosed with the rare editorial presentation signed by Francesco Flora.

Specialist Notes

First Tallonian edition edited by Francesco Flora. Pellizzari XIII: "Tallone, unlike what he did for the Divine Comedy in-24 of 1951, moved back the verso of each tercet for this edition; the edition has eight tercets for each page. The 1965 catalogue lists the work among the out of print editions".
