[Paris, Coustelier], 1745. In 12°, 159 x 100 mm. Edition illustrated in intaglio, including a frontispiece by Antoine Coypel, 4 header panels and 28 compositions by Philippe d'Orléans engraved by Benoît Audran, the final plate called “des petits pieds”, and finally 4 elegant culs-de-lampe depicting pastorals, designed by Cochin fils and engraved by Chedel, added specifically for this 1745 edition, which close each of the 4 books of the work. Noble ex libris on the pastedown.
