Autograph letter signed in 4°, 2 and a half pages, Settignano, August 1902. Attached letter from Adolfo Orvieto, director of Il Marzocco, on headed paper of Il Marzocco, dated 30 September 1902, addressed to his sister Eugenie Errera in Brussels, which mentions the sending of d'Annunzio's autograph as a gift.
Beautiful letter of introduction by d'Annunzio, which introduces the art critic and writer Adolfo Orvieto to his unidentified countrymen: "My dear Lord and my countryman... come to visit our old land of Abruzzi in very select company to seek out the most beautiful natural features and the noblest artistic monuments. He knows by reputation the sincere and warm hospitality of our people (...)". A splendid and concise presentation of the noble people of Abruzzo, its land and its resources.
