Manuscript on parchment of 33 sheets, plus many blanks at the beginning and end of the volume, 185 x 115 mm., datable to around 1930, text in red, black, blue and gold, illuminated drop caps with refined illustrations of saints and religious episodes, mirror of writing of 16 lines on average, parchment binding, worn.

Compline is a simple office that includes the confession of sins, one or more psalms, a short reading of the Scriptures, verses and answers, the Our Father, the collects asking for God's protection during the night to come and the canticle Nunc dimittis.
