Specialist Notes

Jurist from Bari, he was both a notary and a lawyer, he wrote notarial works, a "Comment on the fragments of the ancient laws of the XII Tables" and this work which originates from the dispatch of Ferdinand IV of 7 August 1771 on the amortization of the assets of the Church. Pasquali demonstrates how this principle is in accordance with the laws of Natural, Divine, Roman and homeland law. In the last chapter he deals with the greedy interests that the pawnshops ask for but as Giustiniani says it is a useless battle because "non omnia vulnera sunt sanabilia".
