Two-page autograph letter handwritten and signed, dated Turin 6 May 1894 and another handwritten letter dated Turin 8 April 94, both addressed to the newspaper Era nuova.
Specialist Notes
Very interesting letter in which De Amicis reaffirms his fervent socialist ideas, discussing a case of conviction and request for amnesty for a certain Molinari, or rather Luigi Molinari, a rather famous socialist anarchist. In the following letter he clarified his thoughts, denying having ever said "no revolution is done with violence, which is a contradiction in terms". Two important documents bearing witness to De Amicis' political thought.
