In 8°. 2 vols.  2 title pages with portraits of Tasso and Gravelot, 2 engraved titles with cartoon by Patas and Mesnil, 1 engraved dedication with cartoon, 20 engraved plates outside the text, 9 large culs-de-lampe and 14 small ones finials, 20 heads, all designed by Gravelot and engraved in copper by Baquoy, Duclos, Henriquez, Leveau, Le Roy, Massard and others, elegant bindings in red morocco, plates framed  embossed in gold, in the center field the embossed arms of Count Gail Gouver, smooth spine with title,  with laurel friezes, eagles, gilt edges. Ex libris glued to title pages.
