I work: Master Giovanni Rosselli (16th century) was a cook in the service of the noble leader Giampaolo Baglioni, Count of Spello and Lord of Perugia and then of Pope Paul III. His cookery manual, the Opera nova called Epulario was published for the first time in 1516 and went through various re-editions in Italian and French
