Engraving on paper, cm. 196 x 72, the sheet, 1696. Composed of 6 joined sheets, title within cartouche & nbsp; with the arms of Innocent XIII, dedicatee of the work, at the top right the "index", at the border with flowers, in a modern wooden frame.
Specialist Notes
Impressive work engraved in copper by Santi Bartoli. Carlo Fontana, famous for his printed work the Vatican Temple , was also & nbsp; an expert & nbsp; hydraulic engineer, one of the main works of the Fontana & nbsp; & nbsp; it was the restoration of the Trajan aqueduct (from the sources of the Tolfa to Civitavecchia), which kept him busy from 1692 to 1702. & nbsp;
