Vander Gouwe dated 1704, frontispiece in red and black with intaglio vignette, dedication, funeral portrait and 10 geographic maps double page out of text engraved in copper, light browning, more intense on some cards, slight blooms and scattered reddening, rare and light halos, Cc2-3 cards including the table on page 205 partially detached, Ii2-3 included pl. on p. 254 slightly loose, contemporary parchment binding, defects. Stamps on the title page, signature of belonging to the end cap, probable change of date on the title page.
