[February 1967], 70x50 cm., poster printed on the front only, poster illustrated with a graphic composition in black and white. Attached is a typewritten letter with greetings and autographed signature in red pen, sent by Bruno Munari to Gianni Emilio Simonetti, sheet of headed paper «Carpenter Center for The Visual Arts - Harvard University», dated April 26, 1967; 22.8x15.3 cm., 22 lines. Exemplary in the first edition, second edition, without colophon or indication of the series.
There are three editions of this poster: the first, in February 1967, with the colophon in the lower margin and a declared edition of 500 numbered copies; the second, also from 1967, without colophon; the third, from March 1968, with the indication "dEDsign n. 10" in the lower margin and colophon on the back with the declaration of "second edition". The image is identical in all three editions. Text of the attached letter: "Dear Simonetti, I have received copies of the poster and I must say that it is printed very well. Thank you very much. I already have I paid homage to some copies of the Carpenter Center managers who liked it and immediately hung it up in their studios. ) - Mirko Basaldella (director of the Carp. Cent. Laboratory) - at the same address as me, they know Italian. For now, keep the other posters yourself, when I come back at the end of May I will give you addresses to send them.
