Venice, Andrea Muschio, 1590. In 8 °. Woodblock mark on the title page, small heads, small ends and initials engraved in wood, Chinese ideograms printed in the text, woodworm work on the first 5 cards and the last two, some water gore, slight marginal blooms, tear with a small lack in the lower corner of the last 4 cards, coeval binding in soft parchment, manuscript author and title on the spine, traces of laces, slight defects. § Of the History of China, described in the Spanish language . In the 8th facsimile frontispiece, missing the last white paper, light browning, water gore, slight defect in the lower margin of the last cards, binding of a later period in half leather and marbled paper, slight defects.

Published for the first time in 1585, it is considered one of the first and most prestigious reports on China and for this reason it was translated into numerous languages, including Italian by Francesco Avanzi.
