Valuable edition of Forteguerri published under the Greek pseudonym of "Carteromaco", accompanied by beautiful vignettes at the opening of each canto, drawn by Pier Antonio Novelli and engraved by Antonio Baratti. The copy shows the ownership note of the lawyer on the title pages. "Giuseppe Ravizza", first creator (1855) of the typewriter ("cembalo scribe") with fixed keyboard and automatic movement of the carriage and paper. In 1883 he patented the first model with visible writing. Melzi I, p. 179.
