Fregio inciso in legno al frontespizio con strumenti scientifici, fogli in barbe, con la carta D4 bianca, bruniture, alone di umidità al margine superiore, legatura coeva in cartonato, tassello cartaceo al dorso. Ex libris cartaceo al contropiatto e timbro di appartenenza al frontespizio: Benedetto Polesini, Parenzo.
