Atto di nomina di Nochiarolli a "Consiliario Nostro Regio" su pergamena, 4 carte, 327 x 276 mm., datato Vienna 13 giugno 1744, e sottoscritto in fondo con firma autografa di Maria Teresa, ritratto in ovale dell'Arciduchessa d'Austria dipinto ad olio su cartoncino e applicato al I foglio, legatura coeva in velluto cremisi, sigillo in ceralacca entro capsula metallica recante le insegne imperiali, legacci in seta.
