In 4°. 14 xilografie nel testo e capilettera di De Carolis, senza la sua brossura originale ma con legatura d’amatore in vitello biondo con triplice cornice dorata ai piatti ed ex libris impresso in oro al centro dei piatti, legatura a firma della legatoria Cadamartori di Napoli. Dedica al foglio di guardia, “A Magda - al buon compagno il sempre memore Gabriele D’Annunzio Maggio, 1909.”
