Bologna, Girolamo Benedetti, 1517. In 2°. Frontespizio in elegante cornice xilografica desunta dal Legendario di Jacopo da Voragine (1504), ripetuta a c.A3r, lieve strappetto al margine esterno di c.A3, aloni di umidità al margine inferiore e superiore di alcune carte, pergamena floscia coeva con rinforzo al dorso di carta marmorizzata, all'interno della legatura lacerti di pergamena del sec. XIV, sciupata.
