Ritratto dell'autore inciso in antiporta, marca tipografica al frontespizio, capilettera e fregi xilografici, restauri in calce al ritratto, a p.287 restauro al margine inferiore, macchie ai margini delle pp. 735, 801 ed 802, arrossature leggere sparse, mancante l'ultima carta probabilmente bianca, legatura in pergamena rigida dell'epoca, al piatto anteriore placca in ottone a rilievo con al di sotto la scritta manoscritta"DIVI-TRAIANI-POMPA-SACR.", tagli rossi, qualche macchia. Ex libris incollato al contropiatto.
