Chambéry, Loüis Du-Four, 1674. In 4°. 2 parti in un vol. Testatine e capilettera ornati xilografici, alcune carte lievemente brunite, legatura coeva in piena pelle, dorso a 4 nervi con fregi impressi a secco agli scomparti, tagli a spruzzo, sciupata. Etichetta della libreria antiquaria Bourlot di Torino al contropiatto.
Rara edizione originale con invio autografo dell'autore alla carta di guardia: "Ce petit livre est offert a Monseigneur [.... ?] par lautheur avec son coeur et ses tres humbles respects. Em. de Ville". Fondamentale testo storico-giuridico che attraverso l’analisi della legislazione vigente offre un interessantissimo excursus sugli usi e i costumi dell’epoca in Savoia. Questo trattato del de Ville ebbe una notevole influenza sulle successive normative piemontesi. Manno, IV, 16840 (segnala solo 2 cc.nn. all’inizio); Bocca, 5603; Dufour, p. 110: “Ce livre est le plus joli qui ait été imprimé par Louis Dufour à Chambéry; les caractères sont beaux et neufs, le papier bon”; Laroche, Répertoire bibliographique des livres imprimés en France au XVIIe siècle, tome XXI, Rhone-Alpes II, Baden-Baden 1996 (coll.
