Florence, Giovanni Battista Stecchi, 1762. Medallion with portrait of the author on the frontispiece, initials and friezes engraved in wood. Linked with: Claudio Todeschi . Essays on agriculture, manufacturing, and commerce, with their application to the advantage of the papal dominion. Rome, Arcangelo Casaletti, 1770. In 4 °. Intaglio vignette on the title page, copper-engraved letterheads, headbands and ends, with the final white paper (in some cases replaced by errata), some slight flourishes, 19th century binding in half parchment with corners, smooth back embossed in gold with insert.
Specialist Notes
First work: The first edition is from 1569. The & nbsp; treatise & nbsp; was a great success and in 1870 they had come out already 12 editions. In this reprint, Manni adds his dedication to the Marquis Francesco Gio. Sampieri of Bologna, as well as new annotations which he distinguished with the letter M .. Gamba 1026.
