Allegorical vignette engraved in copper on the title page, sheets in beards, some slight flowering, a tear without loss on A4 paper, 2 small woodworm holes that touch the text on 2 cards, modern paper binding. § Carlo Guattani. Historae duae aneurysmatum. Rome, Nicola and Marco Pagliarini, 1745. In 4 °. Vignette depicting the Pantheon engraved in copper on the frontispiece, headbands, drop caps and end caps, 4 wooden plates engraved by Lucchesini at the end of the volume, 3 of which folded, with halos of humidity, woodworm holes touching the text and images, contemporary binding in paper with woodcut decoration. Together in the lot: "In the solemn funeral of the famous Bolognese philosopher and doctor Giacomo Bartolomeo Beccari" by Flaminio Scarselli, 1766 and a plaque on 4 pp. dated 1748 on the lithotomy, with an engraved wooden table depicting 2 surgical instruments.
