Specialist Notes
& nbsp; The French writer and journalist (Laval 1830 - Nice 1918), made himself known with a puppet theater, for which he composed numerous satirical comedies ( Téâtre des puppets, 1866- 76; Nouveau théâtre des puppets , 1882). He also wrote an H istoire anecdotique des marionnettes modernes (1891).
