In 4th. 3 parts in one volume, each with its own title page, woodblock crown to the first title page, to the title pages of parts 2 and 3 woodcut coat of arms of Vittorio Amedeo II, scattered redness and several burnished pages, damp halos, coeval binding in brown calfskin, plates framed by double fillet frame, in the center of the lower oval plate embossed in gold depicting a figurative scene, on the lower Savoy arms by Vittorio Amedeo, defects and shortcomings. & nbsp; Ex libris glued to the counterplate of the “Caproni Library. Vizzola ". Stamp on the title page.


Specialist Notes

The work includes 3 publications, the first of which is a first edition and represents an important source for the study of the reign of Vittorio Amedeo II of Savoy. The author, a Jesuit, describes the king's reformist policy, aimed at eliminating the large number of poor people. The king had numerous welfare structures and hospitals created, made teachers available to needy teachers with the task of preparing them for work.
